Our goal was to establish a construction firm committed to beautifying and transforming homes and offices within every diverse neighborhood and business locally here in our little paradise called Hawaii Nei. RICHIE &
TIFFANY BREAUX, FOUNDERS
Richie & Tiffany founded ATN Construction LLC shortly after a major recession hit Hawaii in 2010. During this time, they served heavily at their local church and began doing small projects to help a few families is need. Through this experience, they grew a passion to bring something new to the Hawaii Construction World. All Things New started as a grass root remodel company, but has now grown into a trusted Island favorite. Richie is a Golden State Warriors fan and enjoys playing basketball in his free time while Tiffany is a freelance Make-Up artist that really enjoys Cooking, Yoga, & Hiking.
Nielen Bam, Field/Project Manager
Originally from South Africa, Nielen has brought a whole new level of hard work & aloha to the islands with ATN. Managing projects & making "All Things New" in people’s homes is what he calls "The Dream Job." He feels "If you love what you do, you never work a day in your life" Nielen is happily married with two boys. His drive to keep improving and doing better is something that he shares with All Things New. In his spare time, he enjoys surfing, woodwork, the outdoors and spending time with his family.
Lowell Naho'opi'i, Project Manager/
Superintendent:
Born and raised into home building on the North Shore of Oahu, Lowell spent his high school summers learning the industry with his Papa, parents and later 30 years with the Hawai’i Carpenters Union. Papa always said “Would you do that to your house?” a philosophy embedded in his own work ethic. Lowell brings experience and knowledge to every home ATN works with. During his spare time Lowell enjoys automotive work, riding motorcycles, woodworks and spending precious time with his Ohana.
Takiko Pestana-Macomber, office manager
Takiko began her venture with ATN Construction LLC in 2016. She joined the team with a passion to manage residential remodel projects. She believes remodeling a home can bring a refreshing peace & excitement to a living space. Her hopes & dreams are to take all these awesome experiences she gains with All Things New and to one day apply it to her own home:-) Kiko loves hiking, working out, reading comics and spending good quality time with family & friends.
TREYSON PTAK, ARCHITECT / ESTIMATOR
Hailing from the windy city of Chicago, Treyson brings his love of architecture, design, and building to the island of Oahu and the ATN family. Seeing projects grow from the ground up to finished completion is what he calls, “the joy of work” coupled with an infectious sense of enthusiasm for each client and project makes him a dedicated professional. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, ocean fun, playing the fiddle, putting miles on the motorcycle, and sharing quality time while exploring this great island with the love of his life.
JAVI SEGI,
Project Designer
Born and raised in the Philippines, Jav studied Civil Engineering in college before moving to the United States. Jav is constantly striving to make sure homeowners have welcoming, seamless, and positive experiences leading to successful renovations. She says that, “Designing, for me, is a way to help others turn their house into a beautiful home. I love to make people happy—to see that their dream home can come true.” Being a part of the ATN family was one of her career goals, as ATN provided the positive and balanced work and personal life that she sought. Jav enjoys working and spending time with her family, and in her spare time she loves to try different places to eat, singing karaoke, and watching Asian dramas.
Breon Wilson, GENERAL MANAGER
Breon is a valuable asset to any team. Born in Peoria, Illinois, Breon has transferred his skills from his background as a former athlete to over 15 years of experience in both managerial and customer service roles. He is passionate about providing customers with the best possible experience, and his Midwest values and work ethic have allowed him to succeed in doing so. Breon is eager to learn and grow within the ATN family and is thrilled to be part of the team. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with loved ones, demonstrating the kind of person he is.
Ray Bisnar, Creative Content Specialist
Ray is our Creative Content Specialist as of January 2021. His passion for video started back in 2014 when he filmed his first video of a Crossfit Competition. Since then he has honed his skills in videography studying story, composition, and lighting. He continues his journey here at ATN where he utilizes his skills and knowledge building a foundation for ATN’s creative content. When he’s not clocked in, he is either watching Korean dramas with his wife, gaming, or thinking of working out.
Kiyrsten Roman, Editor
Kiki is a local girl born and raised on the west side of O’ahu. She has a bachelor’s degree in English with a concentration in writing, and just graduated with a master’s degree in Forensic Linguistics. She has been volunteering as a photographer/videographer for her church for several years, and has a background in writing and editing. Her passion for photography and writing is what led her to ATN Productions where she will be serving as an Editor. In her free time, Kiki likes to read books and comics, watch anime and movies, and going to the gym.
